Windshield Tinting & Rockchip Repair
A few things to consider before tinting windshield :
Rock chips on the windshield could become more severe when tinting the windshield. It is highly recommended to repair the rock chips prior to getting you're windshield tinted. You may still get it tinted, but we will not be liable for any damages done after installation.
Repair Cost $85+ (based on number of rock chips / size.)

A windshield repair will suffice if a chip is less than 2 centimeters in diameter, and remains on the surface of the glass. This serves more of a cosmetic issue and is preventive as well because it keeps a small chip from growing into a larger chip or crack.

A windshield replacement is key when the chip is 4 centimeters or greater and there are multiple points of impact, oxidation has occurred, and/or if visibility is hindered.
